About Tent & Textile UV Coating
Bagla Chemicals Tent & Textile UV Coating is an industrial protective coating for compatible PVC fabrics, textile constructions and architectural tents or halls. Designed to provide a flexible, weather-resistant and dirt-repellent protective layer, it supports UV protection and easier surface cleaning in suitable coated-fabric systems. This coating is intended for professional industrial fabric-finishing systems, including compatible PVC-coated fabric and architectural textile applications. UV protection refers to protection from sunlight exposure, not curing under a UV lamp. Technical values shown are baseline targets from the supplied reference TDS, not independent test certificates. Confirm the current Bagla Chemicals product specification, application requirements and finished-fabric performance before placing the product into service.

Applications of Tent & Textile UV Coating
PVC Fabric Finishing
Protective surface treatment for suitable PVC fabric systems, subject to adhesion and process compatibility testing.
Architectural Tents and Halls
Selected coated-fabric surfaces for architectural tents, halls and tensile textile constructions.
Industrial Textile Constructions
Flexible protective finishing for suitable textile assemblies requiring weather resistance and reduced dirt pickup.
Easy-Clean Protective Surfaces
Dirt-repellent surface finishing where cleaning, appearance and flexibility have been validated in the finished fabric.
Professional industrial use only. Request the current TDS and SDS before handling. Use suitable local exhaust ventilation and chemical-resistant gloves, eye protection and respiratory protection as required by the SDS and workplace assessment. Validate drying temperature, adhesion, flexibility and service performance on the actual substrate. No fire-retardancy, waterproofing certification, outdoor lifetime or UV-test rating is asserted.
Product Information & Directions
- Confirm compatibility with the intended fabric, existing coating layers and industrial finishing equipment before production use.
- Stir and filter before use as directed in the supplied product artwork; obtain the current product-specific application instructions from Bagla Chemicals.
- The reference TDS lists a dry coating weight of 4–6 g/m². Verify application amount and uniformity in controlled production trials.
- The reference drying schedule is 1 minute at 140–150°C. Use only an appropriate industrial process after validating fabric heat tolerance and the required drying conditions; this is not UV-lamp curing.
- Test the finished fabric for adhesion, flexibility, weathering and cleaning performance before approval. Confirm weldability and seam compatibility separately.
- Do not treat the reference TDS's resin/solvent manufacturing sequence as an end-user application or dilution instruction. Follow the current SDS for safe handling.

Bulk Orders & Wholesale Pricing
Packing: 25 kg industrial pail. MRP: ₹1,890 per litre, inclusive of all taxes. Pack mass and per-litre rate use different units; a 25 kg pail must not be priced as 25 litres. Contact Bagla Chemicals for a pack quotation, confirmed density, availability and current product documentation.
Frequently Asked Questions
It is an industrial protective coating for compatible PVC fabrics, architectural tents, halls and textile constructions requiring flexible, weather-resistant and dirt-repellent finishing.
No. UV refers here to sunlight protection. The reference TDS specifies a heat-drying schedule of 1 minute at 140–150°C, subject to validation for the actual substrate and process.
Packing is 25 kg. MRP is ₹1,890 per litre, inclusive of all taxes. Pack mass is not the same as liquid volume; request a quotation based on confirmed density and delivered volume.
The reference TDS lists 4–6 g/m². This is a coating weight per unit area, not film thickness in microns or a guaranteed coverage per pail.
Confirm weldability and seam compatibility through process testing. Do not assume all topcoated fabrics retain the same welding characteristics.
No. The reference TDS describes baseline target values that must be checked under actual production conditions. Request the current product-specific TDS and SDS from Bagla Chemicals.
