Product Information & Directions
- Remove grease, oil, dust and loose particles completely. Prepare metal by the sandblasting or mechanical wire-brushing process specified for the application; prepare concrete appropriately.
- Stir thoroughly for 2–3 minutes using a suitable industrial paint mixer or clean steel rod to achieve uniform suspension.
- Apply with a commercial spray gun, roller or suitable brush. The supplied guide recommends two coats with a minimum 2–3 hour interval.
- The guide reports touch-dry in approximately 30–45 minutes. Actual drying depends on application conditions.
- Allow the full 48-hour chemical cure specified in the guide before exposure to vehicles or fluids. Confirm the cure and resistance requirements for the actual service conditions.
