Bagla Chemicals PVC Colour Paste is a concentrated, solvent-based liquid colour system for professional PVC rubber patch manufacturing. Designed for compatible liquid PVC plastisol compounds, it combines high tinting strength, good wetting and a free-flowing, micro-milled dispersion for vibrant, consistent colours in patches, logos, emblems and moulded components.

Also referred to as PVC color paste or a solvent-based liquid colour masterbatch, this paste is designed for PVC patch and component production. The supplied TDS describes slow-evaporating carrier solvents and solution-grade vinyl resins intended to support matrix fusion, reduce surface pinholes and help keep multicolour borders crisp. 1. Blend approximately 3–5% colour paste into the main liquid PVC plastisol compound: 30–50 g paste per 1 kg clear or white base. Adjust for the required opacity.
  2. Stir thoroughly for homogeneous integration. Filter the final coloured liquid if micro-needle manual dispensing syringes are used.
  3. Dispense into clean alloy moulds and cure at 160–180°C according to the supplied TDS and your validated process. Avoid over-baking beyond 190°C to preserve pigment colour.
  4. Close containers tightly immediately after removing a portion. Open exposure can cause carrier evaporation and alter flow properties.
  5. Validate the finished compound for colour matching, adhesion, flexibility and stability before production use.
