ChromaShield™ 1K Air-Dry PU Jewellery Coating
ChromaShield™ is a professional-grade, solvent-based 1K polyurethane lacquer for imitation, brass, copper, zinc-alloy and 1 gm gold jewellery. Its crystal-clear protective film helps resist tarnish, oxidation, humidity, sweat and moisture while preserving a bright, non-yellowing finish.

About ChromaShield™ Jewellery Coating Lacquer
ChromaShield™ Premium Air-Dry PU Lacquer is engineered for high-value imitation, brass, copper, zinc-alloy and 1 gm gold jewellery. The solvent-based polyurethane formulation forms a thin, crystal-clear protective layer without requiring a baking oven or electroplating setup.
Its UV-stabilised, anti-tarnish chemistry helps safeguard jewellery against humidity, atmospheric oxygen, sweat and moisture. The ready-to-use 1K formula offers a bright mirror-like finish, strong adhesion on intricate filigree and metal surfaces, and a fast room-temperature curing process.

Yes. ChromaShield™ is a 1K ready-to-use polyurethane formulation. No hardener or catalyst ratio is required before application.
At 25–35°C room temperature, ChromaShield™ is touch dry in approximately 15–20 minutes and reaches full hard cure in 4–6 hours before packing or handling.
One litre can coat approximately 8 kg of standard alloy jewellery. Actual coverage can vary with piece design, surface area and application method.
Dip coating is the recommended method. A fine spray gun may also be used, with premium PU thinner only where dilution is required for spraying.
